If you or a loved one is an NDIS participant navigating big changes, needing clarity, or working toward independence, I’m here to support you through it.

As someone with lived experience of mental health challenges, I understand how overwhelming life transitions and recovery journeys can be. My approach blends personal insight, professional coaching tools, and genuine care to meet you exactly where you’re at.

I offer coaching support under the NDIS to eligible participants, helping young people build confidence, create structure, and move toward meaningful goals—whether that’s employment, education, relationships, or daily living.


Who I Work With:

  • Young adults with psychosocial disabilities (such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, or C-PTSD)
  • Participants funded under Capacity Building – Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
  • Those seeking authentic, judgment-free support from someone who’s walked the path

What NDIS Coaching Can Look Like:

  • Goal-setting and planning for your future
  • Creating weekly routines that work for your life
  • Building confidence in communication and self-advocacy
  • Managing transitions like moving out, starting work or study, or navigating relationships
  • Support with emotional regulation and motivation
